概述产品

   “波昂品牌”蜗轮法兰全焊接球阀应用于天然气、石油、供热、化工及热电管网等长输管线领域,作为开跟关的控制装置。其优越的品质和高性能的稳定性是普通铸钢球阀所无法达到的，其使用寿命远远大于铸钢球阀。阀门能长期可靠运行使用，不需要维护，安装简单，使阀门的安装别的更为便捷。

性能特征

1、阀杆可根据用户具体安装情况加长，以便于地面操作；

2、相对于同规格的常规球阀具有体积小、重量轻、外形美观、等优点；

3、阀座密封面材料根据使用介质不同可选用PTFE、尼龙、合金钢、硬质合金等，能较大范围适应不同的温度、压力和腐蚀性要求；

4、采用全焊结构，没有中法兰泄漏，与管道用对焊连接或法兰连接。前者没有管道和阀门法兰连接的泄漏，后者便于拆卸维修阀门。

【安装】

  所有波昂钢质球阀的末端焊接采用电焊或手工焊接。应避免阀室过热。焊接末端距离不能过短，确保不会将焊接过程产生的热量对密封材料造成破坏。安装过程中应将阀门全部打开。

【Installation】

All Broen steel ball valves with welding endscan be elec-trde-welded or autogeneousy selded.Excessive heating of the valve housing is to be avoided.Do not shorten the welding ends，since these have been tailored to the individual welding processes to ensure that the transmission of heat has no effect on the sealing material.The ball valve must be fully open during installation.
