【用途】

城市燃气：燃气输出管道、主干线及各支线管道等；

集中供热：大型供热设备输出管线、主干线、支线；

热交换机：管道及各回路启闭；

钢铁厂：各种流体管道、废气择放管道、煤气和热力管道、燃料管道；

【Application】

【特性】

一体式焊接球阀、不会有外部泄露等现象。

由于阀座是有碳纤维增强特氟隆密封及蝶形簧构成的，所以对压力和温度的变化适应能力强，在标注压力和温度范围内部会产生任何泄露。球体的加工过程有***的的计算机检测仪跟踪检测，所以球体的加工高。由于阀体材料跟管道材质一样，不会出现应力不均，也不会由于地震及车辆经过地面时而产生变形，管道耐老化。密封圈本体采用含量20%carbon（碳素）的RPTFE材质，保障完全无泄漏（0%）。直埋式焊接球阀可以直接埋与地下，不用建高大型阀门井，只需在地面上设置小型浅井，大大节省施工费用及工程时间。可根据施工及设计要求，调节阀体的长短和阀杆的高度。球体的加工精度非常精密，操作轻便，无不良干涉。采用的原材料，能***PN25以上的压力。与同类行业的同种规格产品相比，阀体小，而且外形美观。在***阀门正常操作、使用情况下，使用寿命在15年以上。

【Features】

Exterior leakage won`t  occur in fully welded ball valve.

As valve base consists of teflon sealing ring strengthend by carbon fiber and disc spring, so it can adjust well to change on pressure and temperature without any leakage risk within marked Pressure and temperature  range. Ball boby is manufactured with high accuracy tracking and detecting with advanced and detecting with advanced computer and detector. Valve boby is made of the same material of pipe，so stress is evenly distribured without deforestation risk when erahpuake happens or vehicles drive through the ground. pipe is resistant to aging. No leakage can be assured with sealing ring being made of PTFE contained 20%Carbon. Underground fully welded ball valve can be embedded Underground with small and shallow well being set on ground rather than large valve well being required,sothat construction cost and time are saved substantially.Length of valve boby and height of stem can be adjusted in accordance with requirement ofpipe construction and design.Ball boby can be operated simply and easily with high proceeding accuracy but no bad interference,which is made of high grade raw materials and can bear pressure above PN25.It is small and beautiful comparing with products with same specification in similar industry.It has life period of more than 15years when used at normal operational and Using conditions.

【安装】

  所有波昂钢质球阀的末端焊接采用电焊或手工焊接。应避免阀室过热。焊接末端距离不能过短，确保不会将焊接过程产生的热量对密封材料造成破坏。安装过程中应将阀门全部打开。

【Installation】

All Broen steel ball valves with welding endscan be elec-trde-welded or autogeneousy selded.Excessive heating of the valve housing is to be avoided.Do not shorten the welding ends，since these have been tailored to the individual welding processes to ensure that the transmission of heat has no effect on the sealing material.The ball valve must be fully open during installation.
