A105美标高压全焊接球阀
【概述产品】
“波昂品牌”A105高压锻钢全焊接球阀主要适用于火力电站各种系统的管路上，切断或接通管路介质。适用介质：水、蒸气等非腐蚀性介质。锻钢阀门与其他阀门产品相比的特点是高温高压，独特的自密封设计，压力越高，密封越可靠。由于性能技术特性、工况的特殊使产品也形成了其他产品所替代不了的特点。
【性能特点】
密封：密封件嵌于不锈钢阀座内，金属阀座尾端设有弹簧，当密封面磨损时，在弹簧作用下阀门继续保持良好密封；
防火结构：密封面烧毁时，在弹簧力作用下，推动阀座与球体形成金属密封；
自动泄压功能：当阀门中腔介质，压力超过弹簧预紧力，出口端阀座后退脱离球体，达到自动泄压效果，泄压后阀座自动复位；
辅助密封设置系统(可选)：密封面受损后，通过辅助密封系统像密封面注相应的密封剂即可修复密封面；
操作省力：球体由上下轴套支撑，减少摩擦。

【安装说明】
所有波昂钢质球阀的末端焊接采用电焊或手工焊接。应避免阀室过热。焊接末端距离不能过短，确保不会将焊接过程产生的热量对密封材料造成破坏。安装过程中应将阀门全部打开。

【Installation】
All Broen steel ball valves with welding endscan be elec-trde-welded or autogeneousy selded.Excessive heating of the valve housing is to be avoided.Do not shorten the welding ends，since these have been tailored to the individual welding processes to ensure that the transmission of heat has no effect on the sealing material.The ball valve must be fully open during installation.
